The doesn't understand stand for confirmation reservation will take more then 50 minutes and in exchange rate is also terrible.

Very nice clean hotel - a bit dated. Especially the bathrooms. We stayed 3 nights and the staff was lovely. Low star rate is due to lack of choices for breakfast. Same 4 items available every morning with an omlette and pancake station. Bread basket could be better. Helpful staff willing to go an extra mile. Lovely swimming pool. Did not use spa as it was not competitively priced.

The location is very good and you can walk to the shore of the nile about 15-20 minutes walk.
The staff were very accommodating with our requests.
The pool area was clean and well looked after.
the restaurant area was very clean as were the rooms
We had electricity and Hot water 24/7 .
The only thing I would recommend to the management is that maintenance of items Like showers, AC unit need attention in some rooms

The hotel is in Jinja city where you can visit the source ot the Nile Rever.
There are some nice surroundings such as Jinja sailing club, Java House restaurant.
The stuff is nice, friendly especially the hotel restaurant team and their manager.
The cleanliness is acceptable, the room service is not stable, as an example one day I found my room without towels!
They are slow in responding to the requests.
The main disadvantage is that they are offering in the beginning of the check in an old furnished rooms with bad quality "broken windows, dirty curtains, old beds ... etc." then if you request to change, better rooms are available!
It's an experience in all cases.
