We LOVED staying at this property. The caretakers are the loveliest. They are painstakingly bringing this property back to it's old glory. Lillianne made a DELICIOUS dinner and Henrike was an absolute delight to talk with. We LOVED seeing their progress and are looking forward to our next visit.
We were surprised at another guests treatment of the caretakers. We've always tried to not be "ugly Americans" and were appalled by another French mans treatment not only of us but of the wonderful people caring for all of us. It was quite a disturbing presentation of rudeness. We hopefully will be back!

The trip to arrive was exhausting and difficult , we arrived late . Despite it all we were received very gracefully and had a very friendly reception .
The room is very specious, very comfortable
Despite an horrific weather , at the end of June our room was heated
