Last stayed here in 2015 so pleased to find it as clean and friendly as last time. For me sets the benchmark for economical accommodation in Chiangmai. Area is has a few good eateries and being inside the walls a short walk from everything central and easy to catch transport further afield.

First of all, the lady who works there in the morning was an angel. She is very sweet and helpful. She also let me check-in early. She is ready to give money-saving tips on how to go to places (the red taxi trucks tend to overcharge). Location was good, walking distance to Ta Pae gate and the street for truck-taxi's. Hotel was very comfortable. For the price I paid, I was very satisfied. I would come back here again. Pros: Comfortable room, good location, affordable, close to some restaurants and massage shops, friendly staff and housekeepers. Bathroom large with functioning hot water machine. There's also a small balcony if you like to chill outside. Water is provided. Cons: The AC was loud (that's all).

The location was good, but they could dispense with the beds and let you sleep on the floor which would be softer . Likewise the pillows were hard and neck crackingly high. After 3 sleepless nights i had to move to another hotel
