Clean room, very friendly service with essy check in at the guesthouse, full english breakfast everyday with cereal choices and juice available. Location is very central, walkable distance to the ferry station, bus stop and the city centre.

This is the second time we have stayed there. Peter, the host, was very accommodating even changing our room to the one that we stayed in before. The breakfast is very good and sets you up for the day. It’s a very short walk to the shops from the guest house.

Clean and comfortable. Full marks to the owner for sorting out the food allergy items that I had forgotten to mention in the original booking. We would stay here again if in the area.

This place is well hidden in a residential street right behind the lively Market Street and the promenade. It's a slightly older building, so please be prepared to climb a few steep stairs.
The host, Peter, is absolutely amazing. He's very friendly, helpful and accessible in case some assistance is required. And he's there to cook a full breakfast each morning, which was an absolute delight.
As the place is in a residential street, it's quiet at night, yet close to all amenities like shops, supermarkets and pubs. I found my room to be clean, and the shared amenities were clearly cleaned on a daily basis, too.
If I'm in a position to visit the Isle of Man again, I'll definitely check if this place has a room available for me.
