Very sincere and helpful staff. The room is spacious, neat and tidy. Breakfast and dinner are sumptuous but not that sophisticated. As a whole, more than satisfied!

The hotel was so clean and the staff was so friendly. The shuttle service and food was beyind excellent. Yumotokan onsen was so good for 600 yen value. The only downside was that the hotel room smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking. But I guess this is true in any part of Japan. But this was totally made up with the onsen facilities and food and friendliness of the hotel staff.

Highly recommended to have a stay here . A very comfortable , clean and quiet Japanese hotel. Very delicious half board meal . Very nice staff . Value for money .
