This hotel is great and worth the price if you're looking for a cheap Pet Friendly Hotel.

I have no complaints regarding the staff; on the contrary, they were consistently professional throughout my stay. Each team member greeted guests warmly and with genuine enthusiasm, and their overall customer service was excellent and attentive to guest needs. My concerns, however, relate to the hotel's facilities and amenities. The rooms were notably compact, and the lack of a table and chair setup made it difficult to have a comfortable, dedicated space for working or relaxing. Additionally, I was surprised to find that hygiene kits, which are typically provided complimentary at most hotels, were instead sold separately. Similarly, no complimentary bottled water was provided in the room, which is a standard amenity I would expect at this level of accommodation. The televisions were also not equipped with smart TV functionality, limiting entertainment options during downtime. Of greater concern was a noticeable, unpleasant odor in the room upon check-in. Rather than resolving the source of the smell, staff provided a small deodorizer/humidifier as a temporary workaround. While I appreciate the attempt to address the issue, this felt like a band-aid solution rather than an actual remedy. Ideally, rooms should be thoroughly inspected and freshened prior to guest check-in to prevent this issue from arising in the first place, rather than relying on guests to report it and receive a makeshift fix after the fact. Overall, while the location may serve as an adequate place to rest, it falls short in offering the amenities and comfort needed for a proper staycation experience. The hotel's service is commendable, but the physical accommodations and in-room conditions leave much to be desired.
