It's a nice economical stay option for solo travelers, so clean and location is exceptionally good , walking steps to Metro station, easy to move in whole City. Recommended

Don’t even bother emailing them because they have forgotten how to check them. I sent 5 emails saying I would arrive past mid night. Please send me codes or anything I need to get in. Not only did they never send me my original check in details but never responded to my emails. Even days later, nothing. For a foreigner in a foreign place arriving at 1am and not able to call a Swedish number is daunting. I had to ask someone walking by to call. Then the person who answered couldn’t find my booking for ten minutes. Finally, when I did check in you have to make your own bed which is fine. But if you didn’t bring your own sheets they charge you 75 for them. In my original booking it didn’t state this anywhere. What other choice do I have? Whether or not this is a Swedish custom, outsiders have no idea about this. Seemed cheap and money grabbing. The place itself seemed clean and well-kept. But whoever runs this place sucks at their job. Get your act together. And leave a WhatsApp number on your front door for emergencies.
