    Location is great but room is very very small and bathroom floor is raised so must be extra careful going in n especially out of the bathroom. All facilities are great and hotel is very clean.

    Comfortable stay, spacious room and convenient location. Near JR station and many shops and restaurants around. I like the public bath in particular.

    I booked this hotel because it was cheaper than the other options that were closer towards the main city at the time. The staff were fantastic and efficient in managing my booking and they even let my friends (who weren’t staying the night) come up to my room to relax for a bit before we went back out into the city. They also had all the necessary amenities provided at the lobby which was nice. The lobby and rooms were also very clean but everything just felt very old and dated. The pillows in particular were hard and uncomfortable. Even for the slightly cheaper price I paid, I do think that it is possible to book a better room (at a better location) elsewhere for around the same price. It’s hard for me to recommend this hotel unless you are booking it at an extremely low price. It is a clean hotel with good staff, has all of the bare minimum necessities but just feels too old and is a little far from Tokyo Station (if that’s where you’re planning to explore). Wouldn’t say that it was a bad stay, but it wasn’t a fantastic one either.
