    We had a truly wonderful stay at Ban Sainai Resort and would definitely visit again. The service throughout our stay was really great, and the whole experience felt worth every penny, even if the price is a bit on the higher side—the quality speaks for itself! ​The resort is tucked away in a quiet corner, making it feel like a private, peaceful getaway far from the crowds. If you love nature, this place is incredible: we saw monitor lizards, squirrels, birds, and even a snake right on the property. It’s an absolute dream for anyone interested in bird watching! ​Our room was very spacious, and relaxing in the bathtub was a fantastic touch. The highlight for us, though, was the pool area—the view of Krabi’s dramatic limestone cliffs right from the pool was nothing short of breathtaking. ​While the breakfast spread had fewer options for vegetarians, everything served was really well made. Overall, it was a magical stay immersed in nature, and we can't wait to return!

    I was looking for somewhere quiet and surrounded by nature to recharge and this was perfect. Pool has beautiful view of cliffs. Room was big and comfy and private with spa bath. Property is lush and well cared for, and the staff are lovely. Not in the town center, and that’s its appeal. There is a free shuttle several times a day.

    I found the rooms to be extremely overpriced, and they looked very different from what was shown in the pictures, which was quite disappointing. The breakfast was also a letdown, the food lacked taste and variety, making it something we didn’t look forward to. Most of the staff were friendly and pleasant, which I appreciated. However, the experience with the night buggy driver was not great. Whenever we requested to be sent to our room via buggy, he seemed unwilling and his attitude came across as quite unfriendly. The older gentleman buggy driver, in particular, had a very sour demeanor and made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, it did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price we paid.
