Maybe it depends on the room, but mine was full of cigarette smell and rusted bits of metal structure. The mattress had no structural integrity anymore, I had to book another hotel in Seoul. Staffs were helpful but i guess they cant do much with really old facilities

Very close to Times Square shopping centre. We stayed with our child. Staff were friendly, no issues. Would recommend!

Premium Room - NO Premium Room I chose the most expensive and according to the description the best apartment in this hotel. I can't comment on what the cheapest ones are.. In fact, this apartment did not correspond to the Premium apartment at all. 1. The view from the window is of a neighboring outbuilding / its roof with old structures, air conditioners, discarded old pipes - I saw something like this for the first time in my approximately 40 years of traveling experience. The neighboring building is literally a few meters away from the window. 2. The window can only be opened a small fragment - approximately 40 cm X 40 cm, the rest of the window is sealed with black film and does not help the light to enter the room; there are quite a few ceiling lights, however, they are point, low-power lamps - it felt like being in a molehill; 3. The description indicated that the apartment has a whirlpool bath - this was the main reason why I chose this class of apartment; when I wanted to use it and it didn't work, the hotel administration announced that they had been out of service for some time in the ENTIRE hotel and the hotel informed me about it in a timely manner. I hereby declare that no prior information about this was received and on the contrary - it was indicated as a special feature in the apartment description (at the time of booking and afterwards). 4. There is no wardrobe at all in the apartment, no hangers - consequently, it is impossible to hang ironed clothes, or towels and wet clothes (it also rains in Seoul); 5. The refrigerator worked from time to time, then stopped working and leaked; 6. The toilet is made of glass - it is absolutely unacceptable to do your business if another person sees it. The room is small and the mirrors show your actions practically everywhere. 7. Despite the fact that we arrived at the time specified above (in the evening), we had to wait for the reserved apartment until 22:00, otherwise we were offered a very small apartment, saying that it was also a Premium room. 8. The area of ​​our reserved apartment (40 m2) did not correspond to the actual area - the actual area could be about 33 m2. As a result of the arrangement, there was practically no free space to put bags and belongings. 9. Only upon arrival were we told that there were NO normal-sized shower towels in this hotel! There are mini hand towels - we were offered to give several, but since there are no hangers in this apartment, there is nowhere to hang these towels. 10. The decoration of the apartment itself is worn out and needs repair, the existing defects have not even been repaired. 11. If you open the window (as much as possible) - food and other smells, smoke gases come in through the open window. The good thing is: 1. The shower has a good temperature and good pressure; 2. The hotel has a relatively good location - about 15 minutes to the metro, there are shops and restaurants nearby. 3. The hotel administration communicates quite quickly. There is no whatsapp.
