    I arrived at the hotel late, around 11 PM. As I made my booking, I specifically requested a quieter room on the higher floor. They not only didn't give me a room on the higher level, they even put me next to a group of junior high schoolers!!! And, they were still banging on the wall at 12:30 AM... I called the front desk, they came upstairs and heard the noise in the hallway by herself. She went downstairs and a gentleman called me to my room. He asked if I wanted to change a room?!! First, it was not me who made the noise! Second of all, it was almost 1 am already when he asked me to change room!!! Next morning, the manager called and offered to help. She said that she investigated the situation and apologized for the staff who asked me to change room at 12:30 am. She also offered to upgrade us since we didn't get very good rest the night before. If I didn't wait till the manager came to solve the complaint and just went ahead and wrote a review, y'all won't hear the whole story. Therefore, I am glad that I am writing this review after I checked out so we can share our full experience at CheckInn- Lai-Lai. We highly recommend this hotel and suggest you give them a little time to process if there's any problem. I trust they will take good care of you.

    The rooms are quite spacious—large enough to comfortably open two large suitcases on the floor while still leaving plenty of room to move around. One of the biggest perks is the complimentary access to World Gym, which has an extensive selection of equipment. The hotel is also located directly across from the night market, making it incredibly convenient. Guests can also use the washing machines and dryers free of charge, which is a great bonus. One area for improvement is the dryers, as several of them don't dry clothes very effectively. Some rooms also do not have windows, and while the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and well maintained. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money thanks to its spacious rooms, great amenities, and fantastic location. I would definitely recommend it.
