Always a great stay and staff.

The employee who checked me in was neither friendly nor attentive. When I mentioned that I was a Hilton Honors member and asked if I could provide my membership number, she ignored me. It seemed that she was more focused on obtaining my license plate number than on providing good service.

In town for a weekend for Makenna’s memorial event and the hotel was perfect for our stay. Comfortable and clean.

We stayed Easter weekend to visit family. For the most part everything was fine, we got to the room after check in we recieved our Hilton Honors welcome bag that was a nice surprise. We went to check out the room and drop the bags off we had a King Non smoking, the room smelled stale but was clean for the most part, we left came back about 130am and jumped in bed and dang near BROKE OUR BACKS, the bed was so HARD and Pillows so small the floor would have been an upgrade. It was so bad!! We just toughed it out because we didnt feel like moving rooms, breakfast was good Saturday, but Sunday which was Easter it was bad it was just hard as rock biscuits and water gravy, i understand it being a holiday but some cereal, muffins, something quick would have been nice and they also charged for parking 3.99 which I'm not understanding why, I dont know where else we could've parked.

Check in was very fast and courteous.

It was a decent hotel - I was glad to see that they still provide personal coffee makers in the rooms - unlike others in the area. Lobby trash cans could have been emptied, they were overflowing. But overall, I’d stay there again.

I moved to two different rooms and neither of them had working deadbolts on the doors. There were stains on the walls. The soap dish in the bathroom was dirty.

My big complaint as a tea drinker is when a business mixes the coffee dispensers with the hot water dispenser causing all hot water to taste like weak coffee. I did not have a decent cup of tea in my 4 day stay. Other than this, my stay was fine.

The hotel was really clean and the staff was super friendly.

Room seemed clean but on closer inspection while searching for phone cable, I found a LOT of food and trash behind night stand. This tells me that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Also I feel cleaning agents were used to make the elevator smell clean but after being mopped, there was still dirt and crumbs in the corners and along the perimeter. So that being said, I am not confident the cleaning anywhere, including rooms was thorough. Staff was nice and professional. I was given a bottle of water which I appreciate. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Was not the worst place I’ve stayed but for 165.00/night I’d expect a lot more comfort and cleanliness.

Convenient location for a 1 might stop in route to destination.

It was a nice play to stay when we decided to take a last minute trip. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I wish it had more breakfast options but we did appreciate that breakfast lasted until 10 AM.

People were very helpful and friendly.

Overall the property was great. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, comfy. The bathroom came with shampoo and conditioner which smelled really good; not your normal little bottles that u would see in other hotels. The location was close to different restaurants and even a walmart. The morning breakfast was just right. Taste good and plenty of options, could've used bacon tho . The pool was clean. I'm usually shopping on budget so the price per night was way more than I am use to. In my opinion I was paying for the name. Also, the mini fridge wasn't working at first, my husband had to move it and adjust the temperature in the back.( The front desk suggested that). I didn't get to visit the gym but it looked nicely equipped. The only other thing I wasn't liking (besides price) was that there was only 1 washer and dryer for the whole hotel. It was always in use. I think maybe 1 or 2 per floor might be a little more convenient for guests. Considering they have long term guests there (TxStTroopers)

Stayed two nights didn’t know I had to request room service for the second day

The overall stay at the Hampton Inn was OK. The problem I had that we stayed two nights. Didn’t know you had to ask to have the room cleaned on the second day. Had to go down and get extra towels and other stuff. It’s not automatic, But cost the same for each day. The staff was great

Really clean . Tub didnt drain too well during shower. Elephants went into room above us and woke us up. But hotel was great service great...breakfast was really good. It would help to have juice cups near juice and have plates etc more easy to find. I spent more time searching for those and the coffee was way down at other end of room. Went on a search mission for that too.
