Booked a 3 room suite for a friend weekend. Room was above what we were expecting with each bedroom having it's own bathroom plus one common bathroom, full kitchen, and great living room with a murphy bed. Hotel was fabulous and offered many activities throughout the day. Will definitely be staying again.

The location was great. Lots of places within walking distance. Loved the pool. The room had everything we needed and very nice. Just note that you do have to pay for valet parking. There are no other parking choices. We didn't know this until we checked out.

Location of the property is in the center of all activities including restaurants. This is not your typical hotel, it is more a resort with wonderful pools spas and all the amenities you need in a hotel. Yes at this one because of the whole pandemic it is limited access. Great for big families big parties orGroup reunions

This is pretty good hotel for family use as big and clean living and dining room and kitchin. Perfect for long stay use.But the room is pretty dry. Staff is freindlly and responsible and we are satisfied about the service. A bit pricy hotel, but we are satisfied for family use for overall.

From beginning to end, it was a lovely stay. Never felt we were at risk of COVID during our vacation. Job well done to the hotel and city of Tahoe.

For a pandemic, they were doing what they were supposed to. They were encouraging social distancing and had masks and hand sanitizer throughout the lobby. Parking is a bit tricky to find (the entrance is on the side near Safeway, by the crosswalk) and the only option at the hotel is valet. The room was huge. Fire places, full kitchen, and big jet tub were nice. There was a small stock of cups, plates and utensils, nothing fancy though. Cheap quality, but works. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the Lake, restaurants, shops, and casinos.

Everything was absolutely amazing! My husband and I decided to take an overnight trip to Lake Tahoe and we picked your property. I need a week or more to enjoy and take in everything. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely come back again in the near future. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and everyone does a wonderful job to make you feel number one. We weren’t able to stay long enough to enjoy every single aspect of the hotel, but would love to be able to come back again for a much longer stay to enjoy all of the amenities. There is so much to do in around the hotel, that you really do not have to travel very far to have fun and also relax.

Great restaurants, mini golf, gondola, live music, shopping, movie theater, show hall, art galleries, bike rental, in the court yard. Heated pool, spa, indoor table top shuffle board and outdoor life sized chess board. Casinos within half mile. This would be the PERFECT place to spend several days with family and get some rooms close together. Suite was like an apartment, fireplace, with a full kitchen - complete with all dishes and utensils, full refrigerstor, coffee pot, stove, oven, blender, toaster, even a crock pot! . It would be great for an active couple or family that wants to spend several days and hike and be outside, but be warned. All activities are expensive. Gondola was $50 each just to ride. But the sled roller coaster is DEFINITELY on the menu for the next trip! There were lots of off season activities on the mountain as well. Water taxi was expensure too. Casinos were worthless. No fun, no winning. The arcade in Harveys was the best part of the casino, but several of the machines were hogged by people that didnt leave for more than an hour or the machines didnt work. Night life for families should consist of playing board games in your spacious rooms in front of the fireplace and leaving the Strip to drunk bachelorette parties. All said, we LOVED LOVED LOVED this resort!

The resort is right in the heart of the town , easy access to the lake , or mountains , in Winter. Spacious , comfortable room with bonus pull down bed hidden in cupboard ! Great pool , gym , efficient valet parking ( very expensive , but thats everywhere in Sth Lake Tahoe!) Absolutely loved it , would go back again .

Bed caved inwards, very uncomfortable. Poor quality pillows. Very few amenities. NO ROOM SERVICE, at all. We called front desk to inquire about room service and the rep advised there was none and to walk to the grocery store to buy items to eat there. (Unfriendly rep on that call) we ended up checking out at 4am due to inability to sleep on bad bed.
