    The staff were amazing. This was the end of our trip and this was what we remember of Japanese hospitality! They went above and beyond for us and our kids. The kids had treats at check in and at breakfast. We had the open air private bath and it was a private oasis from Tokyo. Great stay. Highly recommend

    While it is cheaper than other I have been to, I prefer this hotel by far. The reasons are that staff are super helpful and welcoming. There is a free japanese breakfast that is earthy and local (so you discover the food), there is a free public bath for guests only (like an 40°c onsen-hot spring) open all night (3pm-9am), there is a relaxing room with books in Japanese and English, a table, a TV, free massage chairs. Everyone receive bath robe pajamas to walk around the hotel (so it is very relaxed). Our japanese room with 4 beds was spacious (unlike in many other hotels) and with a comfortable tatami. Finally it is only 17 min by foot to Akihabara which is very nice. And very well located near different stations even closer.

    Unfortunately I didn't get to use the Onsen, but surprised to book a legit onsen hotel in the middle of Tokyo, that itself is an experience of its own. The hotel is on the older side but does not affect the staying experience, centrally located and easy to find.
