    The price is cheap when I stayed for 7 nights of late January 2026. I did not avail the breakfast though since there is a 7 eleven beside the hotel. There is only one washer and dryer (coin laundry) at the common area so you must have ¥100 coins with you. Staff is very kind to change my bills/small coins so I can use them for laundry. Wifi is great. There is a free coffee at the ground floor. There are likewise bath salts, combs, razors, cleansing gels, q tips, bath scrubs, toothbrushes with small toothpastes at the ground floor as well so can grab as much as you need. In the bathroom, there is a shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath towels, and water-soluble toilet paper. There are also yukatas that the housekeeping provides everyday so you might want to skip bringing pajamas with you during your trip. There is a hair dryer, a clothing freshener, bedroom slippers, and facial tissue inside. Green tea is also provided by the housekeeping together with the new towels. They only clean rooms every 3 days for during long stays. Staff is nice but I don’t there is a staff that understands english well. But translator apps work just fine. Hotel is just across Hokkkaido University so during winter and autumn, you can take your morning walks there with the beautiful trees and the campus is very aesthetic. Only downside is that it is 16mins away (through walk) from the Sapporo Station so if you are coming from / going to the airport with luggages, particularly during winter, it would be tiresome to go to the hotel or the station. There is another subway station (Namboku Line - Kitajunijo Station) which is a 5-min walk away from the hotel. The line goes to Sapporo Station, Odori, and Susukino. Although there is no lift at that that station. I honestly did not know how the heater in the room works since I could not adjust the temperature so I just did not use it but it was not really cold inside even if it’s subzero outside. All in all, it’s a really nice stay there and worth the price.

    First off: the rooms are HUGE. You REALLY won't be disappointed by the space! Second, despite being far from Sapporo Station (a block beyond APA Kitaguchi Excellent for reference iykyk), you do get a Mini Aeon, 7/11, and Family Mart nearby. If you can handle walking or taking a taxi to the place, it really is a worthwhile stay!

    Couldn’t have enjoyed the stay more as the hotel is right outside the famous Hokkaido University イチョウ並木. Beautiful scenery can be seen through my room window. Comfy bed, clean bedroom and bathroom, ample amenities in the lobby, welcoming and helpful staff
