    The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is central to the Bund, Nanjing road pedestrian street and train station. The hotel was clean and did not smell. As a solo traveller, I felt safe.

    Nice hotel. Adequate size room. Good service from front desk to room service. Nice lobby with very helpful front desk staff. And exactly calibrated weighing scale for baggage! Location a bit walking distance from East Nanjing road but very close to Line 10 Line2 use Exit6 which have escalator. So coming from Pudong or Hongqiao Line2 or 10 is very convenient. Will stay again!

    It's close to the subway station and easy to use with DiDi. The location is fantastic, allowing you to walk to both the department stores on Nanjing East Road and the Bund along the river. There's a street of restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem. And there's a very cute cat at the hotel entrance. However, the lobby is very dark and not as bright as pictured. The room is practically just a bed. The shower and toilet aren't very clean. The sewage smell is terrible and gives you a headache. There are noisy people at night, so you might need earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. It's worth the price, but if you're not particular about the location, you might find cheaper and better options.
