    I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The quality of the staff and service was exceptional from start to finish. Every team member was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. They made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my visit. The breakfast was absolutely luxurious with a wide variety of choices. There were plenty of both local and international options to enjoy. The portions were generous, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would gladly return again.

    To celebrate my birthday, the staff surprised me with a delightful cake 🍰 and a thoughtful gift along with a name tag. This personal touch made my day very special. I would like to highlight the outstanding service from Lucy and Hailey. Both were incredibly friendly and kind, always going out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. My stay at the BVLGARI Hotel was memorable, and I highly recommend it!!

    I have a fantastic session at the spa attended by a lady therapist Julia, it amazing and the right amount of skills pressed for 1hr massage and 30mins for body scrub. One of the hotel porter, Alex called the taxi service DIDI on my behalf and the driver accidentally pressed and requested him to pay for me. Although I paid him the next day its' left a very good impression of the hotel. All the staff are very good in their service, kudos to the hotel.
