Beware, it smelled like smoke and it is a slum as the floors and place looked run down. There's no elevator . Not worth the money or time.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience, especially considering the price.
What we liked most:
The staff were extremely polite and friendly — they were always helpful and welcoming. The location is unbeatable. It’s super close to the city center and main tourist spots, which made sightseeing very convenient. One of the biggest highlights for us was that it’s right beside the best beef noodle house we tried during our trip! There’s also a nearby fruit store selling very cheap small pongkans (kyat kyat), which was a nice bonus.
Downsides:
The room for three people was very small. The building itself is quite old, and the stairs and common areas felt dirty and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, we also experienced bedbugs in the bedroom, which was a major downside.
We initially booked a room without a private bathroom, but it was too cramped, so we upgraded to one with its own bathroom, which was more comfortable.
Overall:
It’s a good option if you’re on a tight budget and prioritize location above all else. The downsides are somewhat tolerable because of the excellent location, friendly staff, and especially the amazing beef noodle house right next door.
