We had a wonderful stay at Room Mate Pau in Barcelona. The hotel is stylish, comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Everything felt easy from the moment we arrived.
What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service at reception — especially from Sergei. He was incredibly helpful, professional, warm, and attentive, not only with us but also with other guests we saw him assisting. He went above and beyond to make sure people felt welcomed, informed, and well cared for.
It is rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such genuine kindness. Sergei made a great hotel experience feel personal and memorable.
We would happily stay at Room Mate Pau again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Hotel with a very central and good location. The breakfast was varied and very tasty, and always with a lot of fresh fruit nicely laid out. Nice and accommodating staff.
