Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all.
Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony.

The first night I had some issues with my room and Ali, at the front desk, went above and beyond to resolve these issues!! I was given a new, premium room with a fantastic view and decor! 😍 From that point on my stay was amazing!! The service I received I received was outstanding in all areas, the El Baal restaurant was a highlight!! The housekeeping staff were excellent as well! The staff here, in all areas of the hotel were welcoming, helpful, and very friendly!! I can’t say enough good things about them!! Thankyou for the beautiful memories that I made here!! I would definitely recommend and return!!😘

Took us a day to get acclimatised but we loved our stay staff were really friendly food was nice manager was very hands on, on the ball Animations team was amazing
If only I could speak Arabic or French would have been Amazing thankyou El Ksar hope to visit again soon
