    We loved our stay at the Sebel in Kew. The location was excellent and the room was spacious with up to date decor. Highly recommended.

    Had a one night stay at Sebel in Kew whilst visiting family. The metal divider on the balcony is lose and the welding has come undone. It bashed back and forward all night frequently waking us up. We could also hear trams frequently passing and the TV in the room next to us. Despite turning the heater up it was cold. No electric blankets. We struggled to get an additional blanket out of the cupboard as the bed side tables are too big and you can not open the cupboard doors! The cupboard doors were also dusty. Despite paying for the accommodation in full, a credit card also had to be charged $101 on check-in which is refundable however if you are like me and dont use credit cards regularly and can't recall the pin on your credit card as they are taking over $100 it is a stressful check in experience. Additional sound proofing in the rooms would help with noise from other guests and the trams outside. Water pressure in the huge shower was also low.
