    Hotel in a convenient location, clean and comfortable. Would be nice for staff to atleast say hello at times or just simply smile at guests. Stayed many times and never received a warm welcome or even a question of “how was your stay” or “enjoy your stay” which is crucial in hospitality.

    Rooms are not cleaned every day; only towel change and coffee/ tea bags top up. No hair dryer in the room.

    The was boiling with no fan. When I asked the receptionist they told me there's nothing they can do. Instead they asked me to do review . Which is what I believe I am doing now. I had to argue with the receptionist for a few minutes before they finally agreed to get me a fan
