I wish I had paid closer attention to the negative reviews, which document years of the same issues I experienced. Unsanitary conditions: Told at check-in that housekeeping would be every other day, none was provided for three nights. When I reported overflowing garbage on day two, reception handed me a plastic bag and told me to deal with it myself. We spent the remainder of our stay with overflowing waste and ants. Management response: Confirmed in writing that zero housekeeping for three-night stays is their “standard.” Fresh towels were offered as “a gesture of courtesy.” Complained to their parent company, who apologized on behalf of local management but did not take meaningful accountability. Facilities: Pools and sauna were unpleasantly and unusably cold. The jacuzzi, typically also reported as unsatisfactorily cold, was completely dry and out of service without any notice. Guests hoping to use the spa should be aware that, based on my experience and other comments referencing the spa, this area is consistently disappointing. Pattern: Reviews document ant infestations since 2022, identical housekeeping issues, and cold or broken spa facilities, with management consistently defending these conditions as acceptable. For anyone expecting standards consistent with four-star accommodations—basic housekeeping, sanitation, and comfort—this property does not deliver. I reported the unsanitary conditions to the local health authorities. I don't know if it helps but it was a first for me in decades of travel.

Good value for money. They have great restaurant, with good quality. There’s a small market within the hotel and bar (happy hours are crazy cheap) Gym is rly small - bicycle, treadmill and some dumbbells. The view from the pool, dining and game room area is amazing. Also have mini golf, table tennis, sauna - both wet and dry. Just go for it.

The place is amazing, surrounded by nature and amazing view. The cleanliness and staff, everything was great. So peaceful, so calm
