The staff are the shining stars of this hotel, helpful, friendly. Requested room change as I was given an older room with an Indian bed not the one in the pictures. Which was handled promptly. Room had tea/coffee but with powdered milk. You get charged for real milk!! Location is ok - there’s plenty of local restaurants. I wouldn’t normally have booked this type of hotel but there was no accommodation due to a expo in the city. Would only recommend if desperate.
