    Very well situated in the middle of the city of Reims, but at the same time well insulated from the noise and bustle of the city. Bed is very comfortable and our room is also clean. The staff is very helpful as well.

    I would not come back. Location is great but traveling with an experience to remember is more important. The morning guy at desk is welcoming, very nice and kind. The evening gal can care less and doesn’t want to be bothered. We booked a room which included coffee, tea, and water. She said we are only allowed one small bottle water to share. ..lol.. and that was her being nice after I offered to show her my booking details. We even asked for water at the bar sink but she said no. Guess we have to drink water from our bathroom sink. It was 8-9pm so we didn’t want to go back out in the cold to buy. Room is ok. Best part of this place was the morning employee. He was happy.
