The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were all very kind and accommodating. Especially the ones who helped me with my luggage up and down the spiral stairs.
Elevator wasn't working. I was on the top floor. Carpets need cleaned or replaced. Everything else was nice.

Very good location in the centre of Reims with a private parking (very few spaces, you need to book in advance!). Nice and helpful staff. Plenty of very good restaurants and boulangeries around.

Location was good, close to center. Bed was comfortable.
Air conditioner didn't work after the first evening. They wouldn't fix it, because there are no reparmen on the weekends. The elevator was out of order, and we were on the third floor. The staff had an attitude.
