Vismaya Hotel Suvarnabhumi

Booked this hotel for my daughter to stay at on her Bangkok Airport arrival due to flooding in my area. Checked that transport by their shuttle bus was working ok and booked her stay. She was picked up shortly after arriving at the pick up area and arrived around 10 mins later at the hotel. She remarked how very friendly and helpful everyone was from the driver to all the staff at the hotel. Room very clean with a comfortable bed. A good breakfast in the morning followed. Very pleased I chose this hotel for her.

Very convenient location, especially if you have an early flight from BKK. The hotel is very close to the airport, which made our morning departure so much easier and less stressful. The room was comfortable, and the price was very reasonable for the location. Great value and a perfect choice for a night before an early flight. I would definitely stay here again! 😊✈️

First of all, this was my experience and I hope nobody felt the same racism or rude staff and beware if you store your bags here (theres NO luggage tag, 1 cctv that dont seem to point at the corner, theres a lift so anyone can grab n go) .. i rarely write super long reviews and i worked in hotel front desk so i understand how short staffed or tired we can be BUT scroll if service standards and how you are welcomed matters to you as a visitor who just wants to enjoy a comfortable stay. By the way, they can speak english so I wont rule it as language barrier, cause I tried to speak thai but she spoke straight in english so I continued . And regardless , a smile is free to return when someone smiles at you. A simple welcome or hi and a thank you is a nice return. She should reflect if the guests are the ones giving a welcoming and courteous tone to her the whole time despite her rudeness and disregard... let me start with the great parts. The room was awesome , clean , hot water , good water pressure, spacious, awesome ac with fridge and even microwave oven. All the facilities and amenities you need, Massage, pool and restaurant. Tbh the housekeepers , the security guards were great and helpful <3 The location was close to airport but bit inconvenient overall cause its abit more industrial and you Kind of need a bike everywhere. 711 is a bit of a distance but can walk. No issues getting a car or bike , just give it a buffer of 10mins to reach you . The "area of improvement" and why I will probably never return unless I have no choice... the front desk ladies service really need to be looked into. When I sat down and her other colleague join her , she communicated in thai and said something then mentioned my nationality , I was the only one at the lobby area so its very likely me. I dont fully understand what it is but I doubt its nice and regardless thats already rude. On top of all these below : Upon arrival I was carrying tons of things. 1. Not a single help offered even when I nicely asked if anyone could help since I saw luggage trolley. The lady just stare at me behind the counter not even moving or if she cant walk away from the counter, shes not even trying to call her colleagues to help.. I would usually carry it myself but I had luggages and bags, total 5. Some help would be appreciated.. or a nice reply of sorry I cant step away. But nope, just a stare and shrug. 2. I went up to counter after struggling to ask for check in and she just sweeps me away and tell me to wait. But theres nobody at the counter and shes not on the phone. Then someone else cut in and got attended to. Nvm maybe he was there first or she was handling something. So I waited. Then i saw this caucasion guest get sent to his room early. Okay , maybe he paid for early check in... dont get me wrong, I noticed the way she talked to the other ASIAN guest before me and so I felt it. If it was once , maybe a coincidence, more than once? A pattern or habit. 3. Finally my turn, not a single hi or welcome just a cold hard tone of Passport please. No explanations of hotel timing or facilities or anything . And told me to wait again. And I dont even know what im waiting for so I was the one who had to ask "if the room is ready for check in?" And thats when she said no . Just wait I will call you . I just felt like she could have informed that its 1pm not yet check in time / room not ready and ill let u know instead of the customer asking. And worst, just asking the customer to sit and wait and waste our time ?? 4. She didnt even offer to store my bags . I had to ask again and she looked and sounded extremely impatient to answer and i had to get her attention after A FEW excuse me . Then she just pointed to the corner. By the lift. With only 1 cctc. Which seems to be not overseeing the place. And I had major concerns over security cause THERE WAS NO LUGGAGE TAGS so when I ask if there was any. Her reply " I know. " and im like .. you know..
