    The hotel was nice and the location was great too for a quick overnight lay over for the next flight. we only had one problem, the aircon was a little warm despite the changes we did for the temperature but we were too tired to complain, :)

    hotel should consider placing aircon units in the right position and should maintain their aircon unit properly. called the frontdesk complaining that their aircondition unit is not cold even when it is already setup as cool and the temp is 16. someone came and checked the unit and i was initially offered an electric fan. (in my mind, you should have ofered to check if i can be transferred instead of offering the fan as their resolution.) so i asked if there are no more rooms available. he checked with the front desk and was given a new room, just below my previous room. upon emtering the new room you can feel the cold air from the aircon, but as you stayed longer, it is not as cold when i entered the room. i think the placement of the aircon units really matters. i didn’t sleep well during my stay there bcoz its uncomfy.
