    I booked 2 executive rooms for 4 members, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The rooms were in poor condition: Broken walls and visible damage throughout. Dirty rooms with insects, making the stay uncomfortable. Bathroom door broken, compromising privacy. Dirty bedsheets and blankets, far below basic hygiene standards. In one room, the kettle was not working. In another, the TV remote was broken. The overall condition of the rooms was unacceptable, especially for an “executive” category. The attached pictures clearly show the reality. This hotel failed to provide even basic Worst hotel experience at Ecko Antarman on the Ganges. I booked 2 executive rooms for 4 members, but the condition was shocking. The rooms had broken walls, dirty interiors with insects, and a bathroom door that didn’t work. Bedsheets and blankets were filthy, one room’s kettle was broken, and the other room’s TV remote didn’t work. The overall maintenance was extremely poor, far below even basic standards. The attached pictures show the reality of what they call “executive rooms.” Strongly advise avoiding this property until they fix these serious issues.

    VERY NICE PROPERTY WITH EXCEPTIONAL VIEW OF THE MAA GANGA. PRAKUL IN SPECIAL GAVE ME A FREE UPGRADE TO A VERY NICE ROOM WITH GOOD VIEW. THE FOOD IS ALSO GOOD. WOULD LOVE TO BE HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN.

    Private ghat is the only luxury , room was not spacious we paid 22K for two days , room service was also poor.
