Location of the hotel is good, market and fort area is just 10 minutes walking distance... Breakfast is good and staff is also very welcoming and helpful...rooms are clean..good view from hotel roof..value for money

A lot of very positive things to say about Mystic Jaisalmer. We got to the city towards the end of our 3 weeks trip and it was exactly what we needed. Clean, calm, with a very accommodating staff. As the heat intensifies, we were provided with bottles of waters free of charge at anytime!
We walked to every site without needing a rickshaw. The restaurant is located on the last floor and it's a big patio with a wonderful view of the fort. The food was very good and the service just excellent. Our breakfast was included.
We also took their camel safari, another great experience! Very well organized, with delicious local food, and nice guides.
All in all, we are very happy of our stay at Mystic Jaisalmer, we definitely recommend it!!

Staff at this hotel are outstanding, every single one of them makes it their mission to ensure you are happy and have what you need. This is the only place in india so far that provided us with a map on arrival and help.
This place is an absolute credit to the owner and the way he treats his staff. Yes compared to western standards some things could be improved by honestly its minor things.
Food is great here, menu has a range of options, and reasonable prices too. Location is great and would highly recommend booking the camel night through the hotel as it was a good price, our driver was very attentive.
Thanks for a great stay and will sure be back
Oh a tip: They do railway station pick up if you message in advance and also drop you off which is a good extra included.
