We stayed a night in the presidential suite, and I was entirely impressed! Great property, great location and the staff was very accommodating. The roof top restaurant and pool is a plus...but one thing to know before booking is to make sure to make reservations for the roof top. The only disappointing thing about this hotel is that seating at the roof top restaurant is not guaranteed with room reservations. As a result, we had to walk across the street to another restaurant for dinner. Great facility, overall. I would definitely book here again the next time I am in Puerto Rico.

The complimentary breakfast every morning delivered to our room was the best. The amazing smiling faces of the staff who were extremely eager to help us with anything we needed was truly outstanding. Definitely recommend everyone to stay here
