The view is stunning, the beach is fun to explore. And the restaurants across the street are superb.

Small rooms (you’re there for the hiking/site seeing/whale watching/surfing, not to sit in your room and watch tv :P), very comfortable beds, balcony with a fine view of the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. Hotel is only staffed during the day (10am to 6 pm), so if you arrive outside those hours you’ll need to make arrangements with the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful when they’re around. In room coffee was a small espresso machine (Nespresso? Something like that), so if that’s not your thing beware. Coffee shops (three we found) all less than 5 minutes walk, but most don’t open till 8. SOL if you’re an early riser. Dining options in town are limited, make reservations as they’re all on the smallish side. Parking lot is gravel, if you’re on a motorbike like we were, bring a stand plate just to be safe. Seemed well packed, but no one likes to come out in the morning and find your bike on its side.
