First and foremost the staff was one individual who was doing everything from check in to cleaning and preparing all the rooms. Although it stated on the website that renovations were being done, the buildings are so old and dilapidated, the whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The individual who was doing it all was very nice and nothing against him, but he was sorely “thrown to the wolves”. My kids and I had the greatest time at the Elements Music Festival and the room was clean and we were able to shower, beyond that, there were absolutely NO amenities beyond the room itself. I’m sorry but next year we will certainly not be staying here.

First I booked online and somehow got a confirmation sent to me for day that we're not what I selected! I was hit with a lot of people who didn't know about my reservation and they refused to change or cancel it even though I booked it and called immediately! I got stuck having to stay when I arrived there is no pool, trash outside, no TV, and the water running out of the shower was BROWN WITH ROCKS! I TOOK THE VIDEO TO THE FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD IT IS NORMAL!!!!! I was refused to give my money back and still haven't even gotten my security deposit back! This place should be condemned!!!!
