Place was great. A little out of the way, but I don't mind a walk. The pool area fell short as the beds and chairs were either taken or broken. There weren't many

Clean basic hotel, few facilities [beach towels and mats, 2 bikes for loan, fridge and bottled water in room, free breakfast, no kettle in room] Staff are great and very helpful. 7 mins walk to Nopparat Thara Beach, the best in the area, much better beach than Ao Nang. Bars and restaurants close by too

Very nice and quiet location, relatively close to the beach. But quite far off the busy high street life. I think I was told by one of the tuk-tuk drivers it would cost me 65 Bath to get us home (what would be 20-30 minutes walk away). But I preferred to walk on the beach. :)
Brand new air-conditioning system in the room so its a big plus.
Staff are very helpful and breakfast is nice.
We ended up extending our stay, as we liked Ao Nang so much... :)

The staff at the reception was really nice. On our first night (3rd floor) we heard a lot of noise from above (like a cat or something). We couldn’t sleep at all but thanks to the staff we could move to the 2nd floor.
Everything else was okey…you have a little Night market nearby. We always paid for the transport to the ao nang beach.
