    What I like about the hotel is its location. However, I was surprised to see two single beds joined together to form one large bed. Nevertheless, the room is very spacious and clean. I am a bit disappointed with the view because it faces the roof and air conditioning vents. The lighting is a bit dim. However, I appreciate that they replenish the bottled water regularly. The elevator is very old, and when I arrived, my key card didn't open the door right away. The restroom is very clean; however, the water heater doesn't work very well. The food is great. Overall, I would still rate my stay 8.5/10.

    Immediately after booking, I emailed about my request/ inquiry for early check-in. I sent a message via agoda platform and sent an email as provided in the HDR website but there was no response. I followed up a few hours before I came but no response. When I came I was informed that if I check in early, I am charged 500/ hour wich costs more than the promo. If I was given an advice ahead of time, I just booked for 2 nights. For the amenities, the shower was hard to pull and the top wasnt working. I let it as it is because this is only for a night. Came my chek out where friends met me and I immediately decided ti just go with them back to my place. Before I started to pack (which wouldn't take me more than 5 minutes), I informed the front desk that I am leaving soon as my friends have other schedule just to give a heads up how pressed I am with time, so when I finished, I went down. It took us more than another 10 minutes waiting to have the room cleared. I understand SOP, but how slow could it be to scan a room without a mini bar and get me cleared? What makes it worse is, they have that arrogance to tell me that this is SOP. This one is SOP, but answering an email that is needed by a customer is not? I hope HDR will fit in the 21st century. Other than the bell boys, the restarurant staff and housekeeping assistants who respond well, friendly and helpful, my entire experience is so-so. I will not choose this Hotel again.
