    This is an old school set up hotel, the room furnitures are all 80s, old and rundown. Bed is hard, pillows too soft. I will not return to this hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, near to train station.

    Pros: The location is very convenient, with only a 5-minute walk to Hoehyeon Station. The room is also spacious, with plenty of space to move around and store luggage. Cons: There were a lot of small flies in the bathroom. The lighting in the room was also rather dim. Check-out issues: When I asked the staff at check-in whether a late check-out at 5pm was possible (the standard check-out time is 11am), the female staff member quoted an estimate of 90,000 won and advised me to confirm again the day before departure. On 1 June, I asked a male staff member with glasses on the night shift and was told it was not possible, and that I would need to pay 150,000 won if I wanted it. On 2 June, I went to the counter intending to pay, but the staff quoted 70,000 won-less than half the earlier price. When I mentioned that another colleague had quoted 150,000 won, he responded with an awkward laugh. I am unsure why the prices varied so significantly and were inconsistent. The hotel should be more transparent with its pricing.

    The location is great , near on shopping malls and restaurants. However, the air-condition units are not working making hard to stay at the hotel during daytime.

    The rooms are really old and the beds are springy but considering the days we went it was very affordable and in a quiet area. Room was clean and big !
