Comfortable bed and room and dining here was excellent but unfortunately not readily available unless you book well in advance. There was some confusion about booking the restaurant online in advance as you are not able to and must make your booking well in advance with the hotel by email. Hospitality and customer service could be improved.

The room was amazing. Imagine a 19th century ballroom with a bed at one end. Super comfy, with some haunted vibes for fun.

The whole vibe of this chic hotel was lovely. Staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate. Will definitely be back.

Quirky but good character. Getting close to hotel with heavy bags is very tricky
