I have to be honest i was very disappointed that the pool was only open two months out of the year in the summer. i was not able to use it in september which is still a very hot month in japan. also it is an indoor heated pool so it makes no sense that it is seasonal to me. the hotel is on a beautiful beach, has a lovely buffet breakfast, rooms are just okay for the price, nice balcony. dinner buffet is so expensive, more than the cost of my room which seems crazy, thankfully there is a well priced delicious restaurant in the basement. that will be the only place you can really eat, this hotel is in a very remote location, thankfully the bus goes right there but it is very far. idk, i guess im glad i stayed as i got to travel around the area and go to an amazing Brazilian theme park nearby, school uniform museum, and the beach made it worth it. but i was splurging with the price because i thought there was a fancy pool but i couldnt use it. anyway, glad i went mainly just because the theme park and museum, and beach is nice to lay out on but maybe not the best for swimming. would i could back? not too sure

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the sound of waves and views of the water wonderful. It is a lovely beach and only a minute walk from the hotel. It has an onsen and free breakfast so excellent value.

We wanted to stay near Uno, where the ferries to Neoshima depart.
We used public transportation and taxis to get to from the hotel, and it is quite remote, and not easy to reach.
There is nothing around the hotel, restaurants closes early (if they ever open), there is nice restaurant at the hotel at night time, but nothing in the morning if breakfast is not included.
By mistake we ordered a Japanese room, that not include a private shower, the hotel find westren rooms for us (for a higher price), so if you do book, and want a westren room, double check the room type.
The westren sea view rooms fine, In general the hotel is clean and tidy, but it is old.
