Giuliani was so helpful and friendly!. The property is very nice, very clean and feels brand new. The location is in the heart of town. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. We loved it!

The location of this property is excellent. It took a minute to find, but once we were there, it was great. The room is a bit small but it was sufficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Be mindful, if you have heavy luggage, there are a lot of stairs just to get to the main lobby as it is not on the ground floor. You will need to contact them and request help if you need for your luggage before you arrive. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Great location on one of the main shopping streets. Always busy with lots of dining options. No parking onsite which was a bit of a problem. Staff is great. Antonio and Juliano in reception were very pleasant and helpful! Breakfast just ok. Sorrento is really gorgeous with a cool vibe.
