    Very clean hotel and rooms with courteous staff and delicious room service. We did not have breakfast added but that would have been good. Would recommend for the cleanliness, courteous staff and great location.

    We booked our stay at this hotel on Agoda for a final payable amount of 38K. However, at the checkout, I found out that I was charged 40K. When I asked the person at the reception, he said that beyond a certain booking amount, the GST increases from 12% to 18%. So my question was, didn’t they or Agoda already not know my booking amount? Then why was I shown 38K incl. all taxes at the time of booking? I tried to enquire more but I did not get any satisfactory answers and was just given a number to call for my grievance. Coming to the hotel review, I personally did not find it value for money. For 10K per night, the rooms are quite small, a part of the floor was broken/shaky, the drinking water served everywhere in the hotel had a very bad taste. The buffet breakfast which costed 1K per person per day was strictly average. The staff was more focused on pleasing the foreigners which is case in most Indian hotels. There is no parking space, your car will be parked on the street outside. Overall, would not recommend.
