    Stayed for one night and it was superb.

    I simply booked because it had the name Grand Mercure. Regarding the staff they are very good people ready to help. But I was vey very disappointed with the room size. Otherwise the swimming pool was just ok small in size. We were given a welcome drink on arrival. as we were 3 people sharing the room the staff was very confident that we could not fit in double room as the size was small so the gave me an upgrade to executive room which big enough. The buffet breakfast was not so vast but had enough items and whatever they served was good except the tea which was cold. When we told the staff to get hot tea he just took the cold tea made it hot and served it to us. We had asked him to make fresh tea but it was a disappointment. My cousin was in room 1416 and the flush was not working properly at all. The bed, linens, pillows and its covers were neat and clean but for room size not happy at all.

    checked in yesterday and, unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing from the beginning. The receptionist at the time of check-in was not courteous or welcoming. Additionally, the room allotted was quite small, and the electric kettle provided was damaged. Further, the Wi-Fi connectivity was extremely slow and unreliable, which caused significant inconvenience. We requested room service at around 10:45 AM before going out. However, when we returned after 3:00 PM, the room was exactly the same and no housekeeping service had been done. Upon enquiring at the reception, the staff appeared indifferent and provided an unsatisfactory explanation. Eventually, we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes more for the room to be serviced. This level of delay, lack of coordination, poor amenities, and overall indifferent attitude is unacceptable and far below expected hospitality standards. I request the management to take this feedback seriously and take necessary corrective measures to improve service quality and staff responsiveness
