Hotel was very up-to-date, clean, conveniently located, friendly staff. Breakfast was a very good buffet. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and it was very good too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The feedback from my colleagues was: the hotel is located only 9 miles from the exhibition center, however, there is always traffic and they were driving 30-45 min every morning. The hotel was nice and comfortable, but the 200 euro was way beyond what they expected for this price. Of course where is demand there is supply, but truly - a bit too expensive.

Great location, parking and a recently renovated building make this an excellent choice when in the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was tasty for both breakfast and dinner. We’ll be back!!

A traditional hotel, refurbished to totally modern: light, spacious, comfortable, all in light-colored wood and white. Setting amongst fruit orchards next to Lac Constance, but peace and quiet upset by our upstairs neighbor who walked around until after midnight (noise and vibrations). The WIFI didn’t work for the whole time we were there (2 nights): really INEXCUSABLE. There during extreme heat wave: the room was stifling the 1st night (even with the window wide open), as no draft whatsoever. The 2nd night was better, due to a storm. The major problem is that the room had NO SHUTTERS: curtains just don’t do the trick when sun hits. Idem for the restaurant in the winter garden: no exterior shutters and hardly any air, so quite uncomfortable. The restaurant has efficient service and ample servings. Access to the garden. The parking facilities are a bit short. Easy access to the hotel: 2 entrances with no steps, elevator available. The bedroom was comfortably sized, had a good bed, desk, 2 arm chairs, ample storage space. The bathroom had a comfortable shower, handy shelf space, prompt hot and cold water. The bath-rug could have been thicker than a towel, as it had a tendency to slide around, make folds, and stick to one’s feet. The hotel and restaurant staff was pleasant.

Great pricing, newly renovated rooms and cover patio for meals. Had a room with a view of lake constance and the snow capped mountains. Plenty of free parking space.

We booked this hotel at the last minute while travelling for work. The staff were very friendly and spoke English very well. Rooms were clean and renovated, and charming. Restaurant was lovely with local fish and freshly prepared plates. Nice atmosphere; would definitely recommend (especially for the price!)

A nice hotel close to Lindau ( you can take the train in the station next to the Hotel). The room was perfect for three adults and the breakfast was great.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise, friendly staff, introduced themselves by names that i found personal and friendly, great location, clean and spacious room. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant can also be recommended. We will definitely stay again when travelling in this are or passing through like this time - this hotel is great value for the money! Only thing we regret was that we only stayed for one night, next time i will enjoy the hospitality in the "gasthof" and the surrounding.

Stayed 5 days at the Adler. Excellent location for day trips around the Bodensee (Lake Constance) area. Hotel and restaurant staff are top notch. The food choices and quality in the restaurant are some of the best we had on our vacation. Wished we could have stayed longer so we could try more of the menu options!

Very friendly small hotel,well adorned with typical floral window boxes, in a quiet road, about 400 yards back from the lake and with its lido and lake ferry terminal. Plenty of parking by the hotel. Near the train lines, but we couldn't hear them in our room.Good sized room with view of lake in the distance, and very busy restaurant with good atmosphere for the Saturday night we were there. We had the basic fixed menu which was very good value we thought, although everyone else there seemed to be on the a la carte--which looked equally good. Good breakfast as well was included.

Older guest house in a quite small town right down from train station and a brief walk to the lake. Son of owner spoke excellent English. House has been in family for 200 plus years. Awesome dinners, affordable and authentic. Eat here at least one night. Breakfast was okay and simple. Wifi was touch and go. Rooms a bit dated, no air conditioning, but just open windows since weather was nice and cool. Comfortable stay with great food. No elevator, but if we would have needed help I am sure they would have helped since they are gracious hosts who take pride in their establishment. Good local hotel which gives a more authentic experience to the guests. Would recommend for other travellers seeking simple, clean and welcoming accommodations. Affordable. No additional cost for toddle pack and play crib. Would recommend!

I was in top floor with stunning lake view. The room was very hot during my stay especially at sunset time. I guess the roof absorbed heat and released at the night. So the room become very hot. Two windows bring some breeze. Unfortunately, insects came because of the room light. Other things are good. Oh, breakfast is very nice with many choices of bread and juice. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is highly recommended.

I chose to stay at this Gasthaus because I was tired of staying in a youth hostel. I couldnt have made a better choice! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean, warm, and inviting. The location is only a two minute walk from the train stop. I couldnt have been happier with my decision!

This is a pretty good one night stay. It is an old castle in very good shape. It is in the middle of nowhere surrounded by potholes. The restaurant in the castle was good. The room was clean, toliet down the hall. Overall I enjoyed the experience and glad that we went. Rates very reasonable and with the exchange rate dinner was not expensive. There was no one who spoke english. That is to be expected off the beaten path. Nice hiking trails around the lake.There is a tour but it is in polish so we did our own.

Been here twice in one month, both times highly impressed by the service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean above average, comfortable beds, reasonably new carpet and fittings. Breakfast is all you can eat with huge variety of choices. Surrounded by village environment with lots of apple orchards, vineyards, etc. Much better than staying in pricey and busy Lindau. Located very close to train station (5 mins walk) quite close to the lake (about 15-20mins walk). There is also a supermarket opposite the train station so pretty convenient.
