    The location is very close to Hamamatsu Station. The staff are supportive and friendly—I received a help from them. I recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Hamamatsu City. Don’t forget to enjoy the gyoza and unagi, which are famous in this city. Remarks: Please be careful when booking a Twin Room. There seems to be a technical error on the Agoda website. When trying to resolve the issue, the Agoda Customer Service Center was not professional and was unable to provide a good solution. Therefore, you may want to call EN Hotel directly for confirmation (I believe the EN Hotel staff are willing to help), or double-check with Agoda.
