    I recently stayed at Westin Gurgaon hotel for a night and it was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff, the service, the ambiance, the room vibe everything was so rejuvenating. Highly recommendable.

    Had the worst experience staying there for 3 days. Staff is lethargic and takes a lot of time to service any requests. Doesnt fulfill requests that you made even after reminders. Dirty rooms . Same breakfast everyday.

    I’d say this hotel was probs the most mid hotel in Gurgaon, especially in regards to the price one pays. The rooms were pretty good but felt really asymmetrical and the breakfast was just decent. My mum had booked a makeup artist, and the hotel staff didn’t let her go to the room. That felt like a major inconvenience and, honestly it was pretty unnecessary. Ofcourse, I understand that there are rules. But, this hasn’t been a problem during our previous stays.
