We were very disappointed with the hotel. The room was great, the hotel was verery well decorated, but that was it. We stayed two nights there and there was no air condition at the hotel. We paid the high price to have a comfortable vacation and we were very disappointed. There was definitely shortage of staff and we had to ask a few times to just clean up our room. I don't recommend the hotel for families or anybody at this time. They really need to step up, fix air conditioning systems, have more staff and focus on the customers and not only events. Very disappointed!

Very convenient location for sightseeing. Hotel has great historical traditional structure and inside was greatly decorated. Bathroom and bathtub are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious and also great view from the restaurant.

Great stay here very close to the old city centre and only a few steps from the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations ( a must see). Valet parking available which is big bonus. Fresh breakfast on the terrace overlooking Ankara. Room is big with all the amenities you want. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is also a museum in the hotel which is definitely worthwile visiting !
