Very much enjoyed my stay, very clean. Only thing I didn't like was the water pressure in my shower. It was very weak, other than that, breakfast was decent, room was clean, most of the staff was friendly.

I live in Houston and Denton is half way between Houston and Wichita where my family lives. I had such a good experience going before Christmas, I stayed there coming home as well. I will without hesitation make the same choice on my next such trip! Everything was first rate from the room to the service to the breakfast to the check-in/checkout process. I was so impressed with the staff; friendly, available, helpful. I will highly recommend this hotel!

Checked in around 3pm, guy at the desk was full of cringe jokes and the vibes were good. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked, it took forever to come down. Got into our room fine, it was nice and clean, but very humid. Everything felt a little damp. Turned on the A/C which helped allot. Went out that night, got back around 2am ready for bed, only to find there's no parking spots. There were multiple truck and trailers taking up 6 or 7 spots each. I went in and let the guy working know and asked where I can park. He said to park at another hotel or I can get a pass to park in a truck/trailer yard that's south of the hotel.. well im pretty frustrated, why have that lot but not make those trucks with trailers park there? I ended up parking at the 3rd hotel and having to walk far. I asked him if they even check plates and make sure vehicles are supposed to be there, and if they have a trailer policy to prevent this kind of situation, he couldnt give me a yes or no, got an attitude with me and basically just had no communication or customer service skills. That guy and the guy in the morning could not tell me when a manager would be there. I won't be staying here again! Might sound like a minor inconvenience to some, but when I stay at a hotel, when I put my vehicle information down in their system, I expect a parking spot at the hotel I'm staying at. Last little complaint, I've never had a hotel refuse me a later checkout. They were very firm on trying to get me out by 11am. This is checkout time, but this is the first hotel that denied an extra 30-1hr late checkout.
