During my recent stay, I encountered a series of challenges that left me quite disappointed. Upon arriving late at night, weary from travel and flight disruptions, I was eager for rest. Unfortunately, the room I was assigned was not in the best condition. It was notably cold, with the heater seemingly operational only in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was outdated, with a toilet seat cover that inconveniently fell during use and a shower hose with a significant leak, diverting water away from the shower head. Additionally, the hairdryer was rendered useless due to the absence of a socket, despite being mounted on the wall. Throughout my stay, I attempted multiple times to report these issues to the reception, yet it was consistently unstaffed. Even after ringing the bell, no assistance was forthcoming, and this continued even at checkout. Ultimately, I chose not to pursue the matter further, given my brief two-night stay. Moreover, my room was not cleaned during my visit. It remains unclear whether this was a standard practice that was not communicated, or simply an oversight. On a brighter note, the breakfast provided was quite enjoyable, offering a small respite in an otherwise unsatisfactory experience.
