The hotel is located at the southern end of Sunny Beach near the main beach front night clubs. Set back a couple of hundred metres from the main strip it is a very quiet location.
The majority of the staff were very helpful but to be honest they are not friendly or welcoming but I've received the same treatment in Spain, Portugal etc.
The resort area doesn't have that much of cultural interest, Old Nessebar is worth a visit but beyond that there is little so we ended up spending a lot of time around the hotel pool which was comfortable and relaxing.
The only -ve is that when booking the room with Expedia I had the impression that the rooms had a sofa bed (so I felt ok booking a double room for my kids to share) - not all rooms do the description seems to apply to the bigger apartments.
