Continental Park Hotel

This is our 3rd time in this hotel rooms a little dated but as we always say you get what you pay for.other wise it quite good and value for money location is near to the beach a few minutes away.if you so decide to stay here I recommend staying in the main building the rooms are alot bigger but you will have to pay more.dont expect a 5 star hotel for 3 star money or you will be disappointed.

The photos make the place look much better than it really is. The hotel looks like a prison, the room smell of very old, the beed sheets had spots, the fridge was dirty and sticky

I would start with the only + that this hotel had, the parking costs only 15bgn/day, but have in mind that they market the location with parking, so it’s more like a big -; they have it but only if you pay, also every other hotel (I think from the sunny beach) have parking but need to pay 20bgn per day and it’s only for hotel guests. Very hard to comunicate with the receptionist because they hardly comunicate in english, we understand each other more using signs. In particular a mid-age curly blonde woman who doesn’t understand at all English, and she’s very upset and somehow scold us very angry in Bulgarian. Even if the hotel has 3 stars feels like 2 stars. Very old furniture, but the biggest problem is the cleaning, we’ve had spots on our sheets and towels. At the breakfast you have a swedish bufet with the same things. I don’t recommend at all staying at this hotel

Last year, I was pleased because I stayed in the new building and the food was good. This year, I came back, but found a room in the old building. There was a noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom at night. The rooms weren't cleaned properly. The supposedly clean towels had red stains on them. The pool view from my room was good. The pool was large. The food, however, was spoiled. For five days, all they offered was apples and nectarines for dinner. The main course selection was limited and of poor quality. The poolside lounge chairs had broken seats, and they had used iron screws to secure them, causing cracks in the screwed-in areas. My swimsuit got stuck in these cracks, deformed, and the threads came out. There weren't even potatoes at breakfast, and the selection was the same and limited. I don't recommend the food. I don't recommend the rooms in the old buildings, but the rooms in the new building were better maintained and provided better service. Last year, when I came, I checked in by just showing passports. This time, they gave me an e-mail address from the reception and asked me to send the voucher here by e-mail.
