    I stay a couple times a year and always enjoy the service consistency. Room is more than adequate with refrigerator and microwave. Water pressure excellent, noise level at a minimum. I'll continue returning to this Inn.

    This place looks rather basic from the outside, but our room was recently renovated, clean and appealing. The bathroom was bright and sparkling clean. The manager on duty was super friendly and service-minded. The only drawback is there isn't much of anything within walking distance of the motel -- you need to drive a short distance if you want to go downtown or to campus.

    The University Inn is an economical property that is SUPER clean with very comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stay here at least once a month when we are visiting our student who attends the University of Arizona. This property is close to the University and there are a number of fast food places nearby. We have enjoyed our stays.
